Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. The trial does not renew.
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and is not renewed after that.
Included source time resets at the start of each billing period, and unused time does not carry over. The trial includes a fixed amount of source time for 30 days after signup and does not reset.
Project media, including sources, previews, and rendered clips, is removed 30 days after processing completes. ZIP exports expire 7 days after they are created. Project details, transcripts, and your edits stay until you delete the project or your account.
You see a warning in the app and, unless you turned billing emails off, receive an email. Update your payment method in the billing portal to keep your plan. If the payment keeps failing, the subscription ends and new processing stops until you subscribe again.
For billing exceptions such as refunds or invoice corrections, contact support. Choosing or changing a plan never requires it.
